The massage is very pleasant; I recommend starting at the lowest level, as if you have contractures you could get hurt. At the moment it relieves my back pain and relaxes my muscles. What could be improved: adding an extra level of heat and instructions in Spanish, as they are only in English, and adding usage precautions. Otherwise, I am delighted.
