Really good quality, really soft and sizes a little big

So far all scammers. I ordered 2 jackets and paid for 2. But I only received one and they are also refusing to refund me for one jacket. The seller is not addressing my case.

I was really disappointed with this faux fur coat. The fur started shedding almost immediately — not just a few strands here and there, but large chunks coming out without even pulling on it. Every time i wear it, fur ends up all over my clothes and furniture. It looks great at first glance, but the quality just isn’t there
